EanixGG is very excited to announce that we have expanded into PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS with the acquisition of team “Fear the Four.” PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS or “PUBG” is undoubtedly one of the most popular games of 2017, selling an astonishing 4 million copies in just three months. With the recent announcement at E3 just last month about the game releasing to Xbox One in 2018, we knew that it was just a matter of time before we would dive into the competitive scene head first.
Currently the team is #3 for the PUBGOnline European leader boards and has proven to be quite consistent throughout the entirety of June’s qualifiers. The team competes in EU however is evenly split between 2 North American players and 2 European players. Voxsic, Draedon and ToasT have all played Ark “Survival of the Fittest” Battle Royale mode together for the last 2 years. The three are arguably some of the best players to ever touch the game winning over 15K between the 3 of them and qualifying to compete in China for $65K although couldn’t make the event do to age and passport issues. ProductNV is the newest addition to the team and is a long time DotA veteran now transitioning to FPS in a dominating fashion.
The teams Manager, Trey “Afflux” Campbell had this to say – “I couldn’t be more proud of my team to make it this far, we have had some issues just like any other team. However we have worked through them and proven to be persistent and successful. I can say that balancing personalities like these is definitely a full-time job. We all work well together even when the times get rough and that’s what truly matters. We are ecstatic to be apart of such a caring organization such as EanixGG and we hope to continue our reign as a top team globally in PUBG and make the org and the fans proud.”
The CEO, Amro “noXn” Hamza had this to say – “We’re thrilled to enter the Battle Royale scene with the Fear the Four acquisition. We feel that PUBG brings a more polished and competitive Battle Royale game that their competitors have failed to do, which is why we chose PUBG over other titles. We also feel that our lineup has both the skill and determination to win which are qualities we seek in every team. We’re confident that they’ll keep improving and hopefully compete on a world-wide stage in the near future under our brand.”
